I am looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors professional to help our business optimize our HR functions. Based on the questions we answered, we need assistance with the Recruiting and Onboarding processes. We will need both configuration and support services for this project. Ideally, we’d like the project completed as soon as possible, ideally within a week, but we are also open to a longer timeline if required. Our goal is to ensure our HR processes are effective and efficient and to make the most of the beneficial features of the SAP SuccessFactors platform.
NOTE:
1. In-depth knowledge of HR systems and processes, specifically knowledge of core HR including position management, recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and contingent worker management
2. Understanding of the HR function within a global corporate organization including local HR legislation
