- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management software tools for planning, tracking, and reporting.
