URGENT - IN PERSON - HR Onboarding Induction, Bengaluru Office

SCAIMLON LABS Pvt Ltd is a cloud and AI infrastructure-focused company, delivering solutions across Cloud, DevOps, Monitoring, and Managed Services (MSP). We also operate a structured training and internship program aligned with real-time industry requirements. We are looking for an experienced HR professional / Corporate Trainer to conduct a structured induction session (3 hours) for our interns and new joiners at our Bengaluru office. Note :In-person Induction session needs to conduct in our Bengaluru office which located next to Kudlu Gate metro station. Scope of Work The freelancer will be responsible for conducting an engaging and professional induction session covering: Company overview and culture Internship / role structure and expectations HR policies (attendance, leave, code of conduct) Communication and workflow guidelines Basic compliance awareness (NDA, confidentiality) Q&A and onboarding guidance Expectations from Freelancer Prior experience in HR induction / corporate training Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to handle freshers / interns professionally Should be able to structure and deliver the session independently Preferably bring a standard induction framework / PPT Deliverables Conduct a 3-hour induction session (in-person) Share induction presentation (PPT) post-session Ensure clarity and engagement throughout the session Compensation Open for discussion (based on experience) One-time engagement Additional Notes This is a one-time requirement, but based on performance, there may be opportunities for future engagements as we scale our programs.
