Job Summary: As an AI Prompt Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, refining, and optimizing AI-powered voice interactions. Your role is pivotal in enhancing the AI receptionist’s ability to handle calls, provide accurate information, and seamlessly book appointments. You will test AI responses, monitor call interactions, and implement data-driven improvements to ensure a high-quality user experience. Additionally, you will troubleshoot technical issues, liaise with suppliers for resolution, and collaborate with internal teams to refine AI functionalities. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Develop & Optimize AI Prompts – Create, refine, and structure prompts to guide AI conversations with clarity, professionalism, and efficiency. Train AI Using Real-World Data – Analyze call recordings, customer interactions, and FAQs to improve AI comprehension and response accuracy. Monitor AI Calls & Enhance Responses – Regularly review AI-handled calls to identify gaps, improve response quality, and maintain a natural conversational flow. Improve Booking & CRM Integrations – Ensure seamless scheduling and data entry into platforms like Google Calendar, Outlook, and CRM systems to enhance automation. Test & Troubleshoot AI Performance – Simulate real customer scenarios to identify misinterpretations, incorrect responses, or conversation failures, implementing necessary improvements. Analyze User Behavior & Feedback – Use analytics tools to track AI performance, identify patterns, and continuously refine conversational flows. Establish AI Safeguards – Implement structured fallback responses, escalation protocols, and adaptive strategies to handle complex customer queries. Manage Supplier Communication – Serve as the primary contact for AI-related technical issues with suppliers, ensuring quick resolutions and effective collaboration. Stay Ahead of AI Trends – Research emerging AI techniques, voice automation tools, and industry best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. What We’re Looking For: Experience in AI Prompt Engineering – Proven ability to design, refine, and enhance AI-driven conversations. Strong Understanding of NLP & LLMs – Familiarity with tools like GPT-4 or similar AI models.
