I’m nearing completion of a 35,000-word nonfiction manuscript that explores the journey from personal identity to transcendence. The book weaves together themes of consciousness studies, spirituality, religion, ego, mortality, and insights from near-death experiences to examine how human beings construct meaning and navigate the deeper dimensions of existence. Before moving to publication, I’m seeking an experienced editor or beta reader who can rigorously evaluate the manuscript and help elevate it to its highest potential. My primary focus is narrative flow, readability, and structural coherence. I’m looking for an intellectually honest critique that identifies: * Sections where pacing slows or momentum is lost * Arguments that feel unclear, repetitive, or underdeveloped * Gaps in logic or transitions between ideas * Areas where the emotional or philosophical throughline weakens * Opportunities to strengthen reader engagement and accessibility A comprehensive manuscript critique is the highest priority. Developmental feedback, recommendations for revision, and publishing guidance would be welcome once the foundational issues have been addressed. To begin, I can provide the chapter outline, introduction, and two sample chapters for evaluation. The full manuscript will be shared once we’ve agreed on scope, expectations, and timeline. I’m looking for thoughtful, candid feedback that challenges assumptions, sharpens the work, and helps transform a strong manuscript into an exceptional one.
