Neighbour Dispute over Party wall.

Hi, I am looking for a lawyer to engage in a property party wall dispute between me an my neighbour. I want to make a claim against my neighbour over party fence. I followed all legal procedure to inform my neighbour for my garden renovation work, wrote formal notice letters, even went and knocked on their door and spoke in person, they failed to reply in writing. When it came to do the work they stopped my contractors doing the party fence. As the land lady say she wants to keep hold of the hedges and I say i want to get rid of them because its a headache for me. I spent lots of money on hiring a soil diggers to pull the hedges out but it went wested as I couldn’t use it as she stopped my people from carrying out the work. She believes the party wall belongs to her and I don’t have a say on it. I wanted to find out if I have a case here. If anyone with experience can lead my case please come forward.
