* Need to be based in or near Nottingham * I manage a portfolio of seven residential properties around Nottingham and now need a dependable local partner to be my eyes and ears on the ground. Homes must be checked, photographed and reported on so I can stay ahead of any maintenance issues. When a unit becomes available, you will welcome prospective tenants, show them around and feed back their impressions. You will also meet contractors, verify the quality of their work and flag anything that falls short of our agreed standards. To make our collaboration smooth, I rely on clear, well-timed updates: a brief call or message after every viewing, a photo-rich inspection report, and quick confirmation that any contractor task has been completed correctly before invoices are approved. You are free to use your own preferred tools for scheduling and reporting; what matters most is reliability, good judgment on site and a professional manner with tenants and tradespeople alike.
