Real Estate Field Executive Needed

I manage a growing portfolio of residential properties and now need a dependable mid-level Field Executive to take charge of the boots-on-the-ground work. Your day-to-day focus will revolve around three core responsibilities: • Property inspections – conduct scheduled walkthroughs, document conditions with photos, and file concise reports that highlight urgent issues and long-term upkeep needs. • Tenant relations – act as the first point of contact on site, handle move-ins and move-outs, mediate minor disputes, and keep communication smooth so residents feel heard and supported. • Maintenance supervision – verify that vendors and contractors show up on time, confirm work quality against agreed scopes, and close work orders promptly in the management system. Success in this role means I receive clear inspection reports by the agreed deadlines, all resident concerns are acknowledged within 24 hours, and maintenance tickets move from open to resolved without unnecessary delay. Ideal background You should bring solid, hands-on experience in residential property management—enough to work independently yet still open to feedback and refinement of processes. Familiarity with common digital inspection apps, work-order tracking tools, and basic building systems is important.
