Our RE-Advisor tool guides visitors through complex real-estate decisions, yet the current navigation makes that journey harder than it should be. I need the entire menu structure rethought so users can reach key calculators, comparison charts, and help articles in as few clicks as possible. The work starts with reviewing the existing site map and analytics, then proposing a simplified information architecture that eliminates redundant layers while keeping growth in mind. Wireframes or low-fidelity prototypes are fine for the first round; high-fidelity mock-ups in Figma or Sketch will follow once we agree on the flow. I’ll handle content updates, so your focus remains on layout logic, intuitive labeling, and clear visual cues that steer users toward the main calls to action. Deliverables • Revised site map showing the streamlined hierarchy • Interactive prototype that demonstrates the new menu behaviour on desktop and mobile • Design specs (fonts, colours, states) ready for hand-off to development Acceptance criteria • Key user paths (home → advisor, advisor → result) require no more than three clicks • All menus remain fully functional down to 320 px width without horizontal scroll • Usability test with at least five users shows a measurable drop in navigation errors Code implementation is not required, but annotated suggestions on HTML/CSS best-practice will be appreciated. Once the prototype meets the criteria, we’ll roll into a final design sign-off.

⭕⭕ UI/UX & INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE EXPERT ⭕⭕ Hi, ✔️ I see you are looking to simplify the navigation and information architecture of your RE-Advisor platform so users can quickly reach calculators, comparison tools, and decision-making resources with minimal friction. My approach would be: ✦ Analyze current user journeys and drop-off points ✦ Identify redundant menu layers and navigation bottlenecks ✦ Create a streamlined sitemap focused on core conversion paths ✦ Design intuitive labels and menu structures ✦ Build interactive desktop and mobile prototypes ✦ Validate flows against the 3-click navigation requirement ✦ Prepare design specifications and UX recommendations for development ⛔ Do you have access to analytics tools such as GA4, Hotjar, or Microsoft Clarity that can be shared for user behavior analysis? ⛔ Is the existing platform already designed in Figma/Sketch, or will the sitemap and UI need to be recreated from the current live website? ⚡ I have experience redesigning complex SaaS and decision-support platforms, focusing on reducing user friction, improving discoverability, and increasing conversion rates through better navigation and information architecture. ➰ Looking forward to reviewing the current structure and creating a cleaner, more intuitive experience for your users. Thank you.

I can help with this, Hi, I will deliver a restructured site map, interactive Figma prototype, and full design specs for RE-Advisor so users hit any calculator, comparison chart, or help article in three clicks or fewer. On a similar navigation overhaul for a financial tools site, consolidating redundant menu layers cut navigation errors by roughly 40% in a five person usability test. I will apply the same audit first approach here. Questions: 1) Do you have current analytics (heatmaps or click tracking) I can review, or will I work from the site map alone? 2) Are the existing labels for calculators and comparison charts final, or is renaming for clarity on the table? Share the live site URL and any analytics access, and I will return a revised site map draft within 48 hours. Looking forward to potentially working together. Thanks, Kamran

Hi — Elias here from Miami. I see you’re looking to redesign the navigation for your RE-Advisor tool, which is crucial for guiding users through complex real estate decisions. A streamlined UX can significantly enhance user engagement. The real challenge here often lies in ensuring scalability and maintainability. As user needs evolve, the navigation should adapt without requiring extensive overhauls. The tricky part is usually integrating a user-friendly interface that accommodates varying user roles while maintaining a clear workflow. My approach would involve creating a modular design that allows for easy updates and enhancements. I’d prioritize user testing to gather insights and iteratively refine the navigation, ensuring it aligns with real user behaviors. Drawing from my experience with similar projects, I've successfully implemented adaptable designs that cater to dynamic user needs. A few questions to better understand the scope: Q1 – What specific user roles will interact with the navigation, and how do their needs differ? Q2 – Are there any existing analytics that highlight pain points in the current navigation? Q3 – What integrations do you foresee needing for a smooth user experience? Happy to go through the details and suggest the best technical approach. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi there, I can see the real friction here: users aren’t just browsing, they’re getting lost before reaching the right advisor path. I’ll rethink the menu structure around the actual decision flow, then turn that into a clear sitemap and low-fidelity prototype that reduces clicks and keeps the key calculators, comparison charts, and help content easy to find. I’ve worked on navigation, information architecture, and responsive UI for web tools, and I’ll use the analytics plus existing sitemap to simplify the hierarchy without sacrificing future growth. I’ve shared an initial estimate based on your description, and once we go over a few technical or functional details, I’ll confirm the exact cost and delivery schedule. I’d also review desktop/mobile menu behavior, define clean label patterns, and add practical HTML/CSS notes so hand-off to development is smooth. If the flow looks right, I can move quickly into a polished Figma-ready structure after the first round. Which two user paths are the highest priority to optimize first: advisor discovery or result access? Best regards, Asad

Hi I understand you are looking for a streamlined RE-Advisor navigation redesign that reduces clicks to key calculators, charts, and help articles, starting with a review of sitemap and analytics and delivering an IA, wireframes, and a high-fidelity prototype for hand-off. I bring a UX-focused background in information architecture, prototyping, and design thinking for complex decision tools, with emphasis on practical layouts, intuitive labeling, and responsive behavior. My approach turns analytics into actionable navigation, delivering repeatable review steps and clear hand-offs to development. For your project, I would structure discovery around sitemap audit and path analysis, followed by IA sketching and low-fidelity prototypes tested on desktop and mobile. After validating flows (home→advisor→result within three clicks), I’d produce a revised site map, an interactive prototype, and design specs. The outcome is a ready-to-implement navigation system with a documented rationale and annotated best-practice hints. Optional extras: I can supply a concise CSS/HTML annotated checklist and a reusable design token guide to ensure consistency during hand-off. Best, Justin

Hey, keeping that three-click path for complex real-estate calculators while maintaining a 320px mobile view is a classic balancing act between density and clarity. I’d start by flattening your site map to prioritize the advisor flow, using a mega-menu approach that keeps those comparison charts just one tap away. The real challenge is preventing the mobile menu from feeling cluttered, but I have a few ideas for progressive disclosure that keep it clean. Which user path currently sees the highest drop-off rate?
