Suggestions: - Use item-profile T-slot carriages with cam-lever locks, engraved metric scales, and a fixed zero-datum fence with adjustable stop blocks to speed setup and ensure repeatability across sizes. - Build two-roller U-bracket modules with eccentric bushings and light spring preload to set nip/offset quickly; add replaceable UHMW glide strips and adjustable side guides to avoid marking and maintain squareness.
