Hi I am an embedded systems engineer with over 16 years of experience in PCB design, review and bring-up for ESP32 based products, USB-serial interfaces, LiPo charging and low-power handheld devices. I can work directly in your native KiCad 10 files, make the specific corrections you listed, then do a careful independent review of the schematic and layout before production. My approach would be to first check the power path, USB-C/VBUS behavior, CH340C connections, battery charger/protection section, ESP32 boot/programming pins, footprints, values and JLCPCB/LCSC suitability.
