Home Care Agency Relations Officer Needed

Project Title: Relations Officer for Home Care Agency We are seeking a professional and proactive Relations Officer to represent True Caring Partners, a growing home care agency in Ontario, Canada. Responsibilities: * Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, nurses, social workers, discharge planners, retirement homes, long-term care facilities, and community organizations. * Promote our home care services and generate referral opportunities. * Schedule meetings and presentations with potential referral partners. * Follow up with existing contacts and maintain strong professional relationships. * Represent our company professionally at networking events and meetings. * Provide weekly reports on outreach, referrals, and partnership opportunities. Requirements: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Experience in healthcare, public relations, business development, or community outreach is preferred. * Ability to work independently and achieve outreach goals. * Knowledge of the Ontario healthcare system is an asset.
