We are looking for programmers or team of programmers who can design, develop and integrate large-scale information technology solutions such as infrastructure and e-Government projects, electronic payments systems and e-Commerce.
We want to develop/design " SMS Parking Payments " system which works as under :
Traditionally, parking time in large cities is billed by the sale of parking tickets or the use of parking machines. While these mechanisms have proven to be fairly reliable and useful, they are not always convenient for drivers and have a number of inherent disadvantages.
We require software which offers an innovative solution to these problems while giving drivers the most convenient
and easy to use parking payment method possible. It must work in parallel with the existing infrastructure of the municipality and should provide an alternative payment channel, which would be much preferred by drivers and it will bring in additional revenue to the municipality. SMS Parking Payment system will be implemented by municipalities in cooperation with the mobile operators, so that end-clients can simply pay for their parking time by sending one
or more SMS messages, charged directly to their phone bill. As an additional convenience, drivers receive notification SMS messages, reminding them when their parking time is about to expire.
The system has to be designed from the ground-level with security, reliability and scalability in mind and addresses all issues related to mobile parking payments in a modern city. In addition, it must provide the municipality with a variety of real-time and historical reports and statistics that give detailed information about parking patterns, usage of the system, and revenue.
In a nutshell the system works as under :

2. Mobile operator charges customer for value-added SMS service directly to his phone bill.
3. SMS Parking system marks the vehicle as paid for one hour of parking time.
4. Customer receives a return confirmation SMS with payment details.
5. 15 minutes before parking time expiry, the customer receives a reminder SMS.
6. At any time, customer can send additional SMS to extend the parking time by one more hour.
