Tweak Python Webscraping Code

Job Description:
I already have some Python code for webscraping forecast wind data.
The code works such that it prompts the user to input a location - then the code webscrapes wind data.
The code works for 1 location - but I would like the code to loop through a list of locations and keep appending the data to the exisiting dataframe/ CSV.
I've tried a few things but my Python skills are basic. Can you help?
I would like this done sooner than later.
