Beginner Python for HDB Sales Analysis

it is a python coding project, external libraries are not allowed and we are to only use the simplest coding functions as it is supposed to be done by a beginner in coding. This is the project brief: Scenario 5: 5. Which storey remains most popular among Singapore residences by flat type across the years. The dataset contains HDB sales data collected between the year 2020 and 2025(Partial). You are to conduct analysis based on the dataset given and provide some insights to the marketing director of the company from the output of the analysis. The following are the deliverables of your analysis: 1. Allow user to enter a certain filter criterion, in this case flat model. 2. Tabulate a table that address the scenarios according to the filter criteria. IMPORTANT: You must use the original dataset given, you are not allowed to use excel or any other application software to modify the data before importing it to your python program. in summary: For each report, a python program is required to complete the following: i.          Read in the given data file ii.          Allow user to enter a certain filter criterion. iii.         Tabulate a table that address the scenarios according to the filter criteria. (note: You are NOT allowed to use the tabulate module, you are encouraged to use string formatting to present neat output) iv.         Generate dynamic analytics conclusion based on the table. v.          Allow the program to loop till a termination point is detected. vi.         Generate a summarised analysis to help user understand the overall price trend of resale HDB market in Singapore based on all the filtering done during the session.
