I run a coaching program and would like some custom tools to be built specific to my requirement. They can be in PHP or Python. The tool will need to provide a form to the end-user with a question and around 400 options, between 32 categories to select from. Once 32 selections are made across 32 categories, the session should continue and then the end-user should make 16 choices out of the 32 previous selections. In the next session, out of the 16 choices the end-user should make 8 selections and finally, from 8 to 4 selections.
