I need an experienced programmer who can build a Web App that can convert text-based content to AI video with voice-over and audio music(I can provide audio music). User just needs to provide source of text (web link) or upload as docx, PDF and his own images/videos and the web app should do the rest. User downloads the videos as MP4 (1080p)It should be able to process any number of text and produce any number of minutes of videos.
