custom paper print barcode and install module Purchase Barcode QWeb odoo v8 (openerp)

Default paper for print barcode in odoo is A4 or letter

my machine print barcode with width limit [url removed, login to view]

i want print barcode is 3x4cm

please config for me print on this machine

fix print with font unicode

install module Purchase Barcode QWeb

i install but it have error and i can't fix it
