File Sharing site using python - open to bidding

We are a proofreading company and you need to build a web application to allow clients to submit documents for proofreading and audio files that need to be typed. The web application will be used as part of their existing business and will fit with the professional look and feel of such a prestigious legal firm. Clients will be able to register their details onto the system to create an account. They will be able to submit documents in a number of formats to be proofread and audio files in a number of formats to be typed. They will be able to see the status of the job on the site e.g. document/file accepted, approx. time of completion, Dynamic price matrix as well as provide feed back on the job – both during and post completion. The site will have an admin interface where the status can be updated and referees can see document/files submitted. There will also be a completely public part of the site where visitors can browse through public pages; these will contain publicity material for the service as a standard front end. All information needed by the web application will be stored on a database. The site should have a basic content management interface where the database can be updated with images and text and this material will appear on relevant pages. The system must be built in simple, self-coded Python. No other languages can be integrated. The system must be VERY SIMPLE TO USE. Need system developed within 1 day.
