How much of the OCR-to-transaction pipeline is already closing the loop on its own, versus how much still needs someone to eyeball a parsed receipt before it becomes a transaction? That gap is usually where an expense tracker either earns trust or loses it, and it's the piece I'd want to start on. FastAPI, Postgres, Vision OCR and an LLM layer on top is a stack I've worked across end to end, backend logic, schema, model calls, and the Flutter screens that consume the results. Tightening that one flow first gives both of me a concrete, testable win before committing to the fuller scope of the admin panel and the wider Flutter surface. M1: audit the current OCR to transaction path, fix parsing and confidence handling on receipt uploads, 12375 INR, 3 days. M2: extend the LLM insights layer against the corrected transaction data and wire the remaining Flutter screens to it, 13000 INR, 4 days. M3: bring the React admin panel in line with the updated backend and ship the same OCR fixes through there, 12125 INR, 3 days. That split assumes your Vision OCR calls are already live against FastAPI rather than something I'd be standing up from scratch, so it'll move once I know that for certain. Is the OCR call happening server side already, is there an existing confidence threshold for low quality scans, how much of the LLM insights logic exists today versus still needs designing, and should the admin panel surface the same insights as the app or a different set for internal use?
