I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using Python. I require a HLR look up script coded in python based on Messagebird HLR API. HLR API Documentation: [login to view URL] The python script needs to get the mobile numbers provided in text file run each mobile number on the HLR Lookup and save result for each number in separate files based on if the number is ACTIVE or INACTIVE.
