Modify Open Source

Small company Project requires expertise in Python programming for PostgreSQL database. ERP or e-commerce application knowledge required. This is for modifications to extend functionality of existing Open Source application. You will need to have development environment Linux (suse), latest releases of Python and PostgresQL. Please do not reply unless you are an expert in this field. Python is a highly productive environment, we expect results 5X as fast as java or dot net. Please indicate relevant experience. Project will be based on estimates and handled prfessionally. We have very small budget for this so are looking to outsource. We will have several phases, each on to be done on estimate after receiving spec. First phase will be installation of application (unmodified) on both development server (your side) and test server (out side). We do not want to pay for you to establish development environment conistsing of Linux Suse 9.3 professional, Latest Python/PostgreSQL. Experts only, this is an on-going project and may result in long term work. Hourly rate and productivity are important. We know how long mods take and expect estimates to be in line with these standards. Please reply with bid for installing open source application on both environments and also with hourly rate for accomplishing mods once installed.
