Prepare VPS for my bot on CentOS

Job Description:
I am looking for an experienced Freelancer who can help me prepare a VPS using CentOS for my bot. The project requires expertise in configuring CentOS to ensure the bot runs properly. This is a one-time setup job and only requires establishing one VPS. Following are the things that you have to do:
1. Create a virtual env with name python_env.
with using virtual environment:
1. Install latest version of Python : python3.10.
2. Install latest version of Python-telegram-bot V20.
3. Install dependencies :
pip install python-telegram-bot[all] installs all optional dependencies.
pip install python-telegram-bot[ext] installs all optional dependencies
you can use the PTB document for reference [login to view URL]
4. Run a simple bot [login to view URL]
I will provide you the telegram token.
5. provide ssl certificate for NPS.
