I am looking for a developer/designer who can create a Puzzle QR Code Game where two different links are hidden inside one puzzle. I have attached a given example/reference image showing the style and concept I want. Concept The puzzle will contain two types of icons: Cube icons Lightning icons The player will be instructed to shade one type of icon completely black to reveal a QR code. Required Functionality Puzzle 1 – Cube QR Player shades all cube icons black. The resulting pattern must form a genuine, scannable QR code. QR Code 1 opens Link 1. Puzzle 2 – Lightning QR Player shades all lightning icons black. The resulting pattern must form a genuine, scannable QR code. QR Code 2 opens Link 2. Both QR codes should be integrated into the same puzzle design, not simply placed as normal QR codes on the poster. Important Technical Requirement This is the most important part of the project: The puzzle must be based on the actual QR matrix/data. It should NOT just look like a QR code. After the required icons are shaded black, the resulting image must be scannable using a normal smartphone QR scanner. Design Requirements Large cube and lightning icons Attractive puzzle/game appearance Yellow, black and white style similar to the reference Clear grid/cell structure Suitable for printing as a poster High-resolution output Three QR finder patterns must remain correctly positioned Adequate QR quiet zone High QR error correction Easy-to-understand instructions Final design should look like a puzzle, not a standard QR code Deliverables Final puzzle artwork Printable high-resolution PNG/PDF Editable source file Working QR generation logic/source code Two test QR codes Confirmation that both revealed QR codes scan correctly Ideally, a small generator where I can change Link 1 and Link 2 and generate a new puzzle Preferred Skills QR Code generation Python / JavaScript / PHP Image processing SVG/Canvas Graphic design QR error correction and QR matrix understanding Please do not apply if you only intend to create a decorative QR-style image. The final shaded puzzle must generate genuinely scannable QR codes. I will provide the reference/example image and the two URLs. Please include examples of any custom QR, puzzle, generative artwork, or QR-game projects you have previously created.

Nice concept — a puzzle where shading one icon type reveals one QR code and shading the other reveals a second. The engineering problem is more interesting than it first looks, and it is worth being precise about it. A QR code only scans if the light and dark modules land in the right places and the error correction has enough margin. So the two codes have to be designed together, backwards: generate both QR codes first, then derive the icon placement so that cubes-shaded produces code A and lightning-shaded produces code B, with the overlapping cells resolved so neither is corrupted. Designing the puzzle first and hoping it scans does not work. How I would build it: - Generate both codes at a size and error-correction level with enough redundancy to tolerate the shared cells — that margin is what makes a dual-code puzzle possible at all. - Solve the icon layout programmatically against both target patterns, then verify by actually scanning both states with real phone cameras, not just a decoder library. - Deliver print-ready artwork in the style of your reference, plus the generator so you can produce more puzzles with different links later. Background: I write image and document generation pipelines in production, and this is fundamentally a constraint-solving problem with a visual output — the kind of task I enjoy. Questions: what are the two target links, and is this for print, screen, or both? Print tolerances are tighter and worth knowing now. Martin

You need a puzzle-based QR game where the hidden QR codes are generated from real QR matrix data, not just a visual QR imitation. I work with JavaScript, Python, image processing, and interactive logic to build systems where visual elements and technical behavior must work together. I can create a generator that converts two URLs into valid QR matrices, maps the QR cells into cube and lightning icon patterns, and ensures the revealed shaded puzzle produces fully scannable QR codes with proper finder patterns, quiet zones, and error correction. I can also build the artwork layout with SVG/Canvas or image generation logic, provide editable source files, and include a reusable generator so new links can create new puzzles. Can you share the reference image and confirm the preferred output format (web generator, desktop tool, or script)?

Hi, I'd be glad to help create a Puzzle QR Code Game where two different links are hidden inside one puzzle, with a design similar to your reference image, using large cube and lightning icons, and a yellow, black and white style. To achieve this, I will utilize my skills in image processing, SVG/Canvas, and QR code generation using Python or JavaScript. I will design the puzzle to ensure that when the player shades one type of icon completely black, a genuine, scannable QR code is revealed. The puzzle will be based on the actual QR matrix/data, and I will implement QR error correction and quiet zone to ensure the QR codes are scannable using a normal smartphone QR scanner. I will also provide a working QR generation logic/source code and a small generator where you can change Link 1 and Link 2 and generate a new puzzle. I can cover: • Final puzzle artwork in high-resolution PNG/PDF format • Editable source file for future modifications • Working QR generation logic/source code • Two test QR codes to confirm correct scanning • A small generator to change Link 1 and Link 2 and generate a new puzzle I work with clear daily progress updates and honest scoping. Please share the reference/example image and the two URLs, and I can get started right away. Best regards, Gagan

The key requirement here is that this is not a decorative QR design—the cube and lightning patterns must be derived from two real QR matrices so that shading the correct icon set reconstructs genuinely scannable codes. I’d approach it algorithmically rather than manually designing the QR appearance. The generator would create two valid QR matrices with appropriate error correction, finder/alignment patterns and quiet zones, then encode the overlapping puzzle cells into the cube/lightning artwork. I’d validate both outputs using multiple QR decoders and real smartphone scans before delivery. Proposed workflow: Analyze reference and establish grid/design system Generate and validate the two QR matrices Build the cube/lightning overlay algorithm Produce print-ready SVG/PNG/PDF artwork Build a small generator interface for new URLs Test with smartphone scanners + QR decoding tools Deliver source, editable artwork and documentation I’d use Python + OpenCV/Pillow + a QR library for reliable matrix/image generation, with SVG/PDF output for print quality. The generator can alternatively expose a lightweight web interface using JavaScript. One important point I’d confirm before implementation: should the two QR codes open completely different URLs, or can they share a common destination with different parameters? Also, please provide the reference image and two test URLs so I can assess the exact overlapping-matrix constraints.

Your requirement is technically specific, which is important because this cannot be solved with a decorative overlay or fake QR styling. The puzzle needs to preserve valid QR structure, finder patterns, quiet zones, masking behavior, and enough error correction so that two different revealed states remain scannable after the user shades the selected icons. My approach would be to generate both QR matrices programmatically, analyze overlapping modules, and build a shared puzzle grid where cube and lightning cells control which QR becomes readable after shading. The final artwork would preserve real QR encoding rules while still looking like a game/puzzle instead of a standard QR image. I can deliver: - High-resolution printable PNG/PDF - Editable source files - Generator logic/source code - Validation tests for both QR outputs - A reusable script/tool where you can replace Link 1 and Link 2 to generate new puzzles Implementation can be done in Python or JavaScript using QR matrix generation plus SVG/canvas rendering for print-quality output. I would also tune QR error correction and module density to maximize smartphone scan reliability. One important point: achieving two independently scannable QR states inside the same composition requires careful control of overlap density and icon placement. I would first prototype the QR logic and scanning reliability before finalizing the visual design layer to ensure the printed version works consistently. Estimated delivery for the first working version is 4 days, including scan validation and export assets.

Hi, I understand this is a matrix-engineering problem, not a decorative QR exercise—QR scanners have very little appreciation for artistic confidence. I’ll generate both URLs as real QR matrices using the same version, dimensions and error-correction level, then classify every module as: • Shared black module • Cube-only module • Lightning-only module • Shared white module Shading cubes will therefore reconstruct QR 1, while shading lightning icons reconstructs QR 2. Finder, timing, alignment and format patterns will remain standards-compliant, with a four-module quiet zone. Technical workflow: • Python/JavaScript QR matrix generation • Mask/version optimisation and short redirect support • SVG-based icon/grid artwork • High error correction where matrix capacity permits • Automated decoding tests with ZXing/OpenCV • Validation at multiple sizes, contrast levels and simulated print/camera conditions • Optional small generator for replacing both URLs Deliverables include editable SVG/AI artwork, print-ready PDF, high-resolution PNG, source code, two verified test outputs and scan-validation results. Estimated turnaround: 4–6 business days after receiving the reference and URLs. Relevant QR/generative work: [INSERT VERIFIED PORTFOLIO LINK] Please share the poster size, reference image, URLs and whether shared black modules may be pre-printed.

Hello, "The puzzle must be based on the actual QR matrix/data" – you need two genuine QR codes hidden in one poster that only appear after shading the cube or lightning icons. I’ll generate the QR matrices with high‑error‑correction (level H) using Python’s qrcode library, then translate the required modules onto the icon grid while preserving the three finder patterns; the SVG layout will be rendered in Photoshop/Illustrator and exported as high‑resolution PNG/PDF for printing. OpenCV will validate the final image’s scannability after shading. Will the poster be printed in A2 size or larger? Looking forward to working with you. Bojan

The first step is validating whether two real QR matrices can be combined into one icon grid while keeping both results reliably scannable. I’d generate the matrices from your URLs, map the cube and lightning cells, then test each shaded version on multiple phone scanners before designing the final poster. The finder patterns, quiet zone, and error correction must remain intact. I can also provide the editable artwork and reusable generator source. We can adjust the price based on the final scope. DM me for project discussion.

Mapping the shading of each icon directly to QR data bits prevents the pattern from breaking the required finder patterns. I'll generate the QR matrix first, replace data modules with cube or lightning icons, then export an SVG that keeps three finder patterns intact. A tiny web page will let you change both URLs and rerun the generator in seconds. A common mistake is to overlay icons on a prerendered QR image, which often corrupts error correction and makes the code unreadable. You will get a print-ready PNG, editable source file, and a simple generator that swaps the two links while preserving scan reliability.

Hi, Your project is exactly the kind of challenge I enjoy. I understand that this is not about creating a decorative QR-style image—the final puzzle must reveal two genuine, fully scannable QR codes after the correct icons are shaded. I can develop a solution that generates the puzzle directly from the QR matrix, ensuring both QR codes remain valid while maintaining proper finder patterns, quiet zones, and error correction. I'll also design the puzzle with large cube and lightning icons in a clean, print-ready layout similar to your reference. Deliverables include: • High-resolution printable PNG/PDF • Editable source files • Generator (Python or JavaScript) to create new puzzles by simply changing the two URLs • Source code with clear documentation • Verification that both revealed QR codes scan correctly with standard smartphone QR scanners I have experience with image generation, algorithmic graphics, SVG/Canvas, Python, JavaScript, and custom automation tools, and I'm comfortable working with QR encoding logic rather than treating it as a visual effect. I would be happy to discuss the technical approach and review your reference image before we begin. Looking forward to working with you! Best regards,

Hello, I can build this as a genuine QR-matrix puzzle, not a decorative QR-style graphic. The core will be generated from the actual QR data for both URLs so that shading the cube cells reveals one valid QR code and shading the lightning cells reveals the second. I would first generate both QR matrices with high error correction, then map them into a shared grid while preserving finder patterns, quiet zones, and scan reliability. After the logic is validated, I will design the final yellow, black, and white puzzle artwork around that matrix. I can also build a small Python or JavaScript generator so you can replace Link 1 and Link 2 later and create new puzzles without rebuilding everything manually. Before final delivery, I will test both revealed codes with standard smartphone scanners at different print sizes. Deliverables will include the high-resolution PNG/PDF, editable source file, QR-generation logic, test QR outputs, and a reusable generator if required. Please share the reference image and both URLs. I can review the puzzle structure first and confirm the exact timeline before starting.

Hi — fun concept, and I get exactly what you're after from the Cube/Lightning reference. One honest thing that decides whether this works, because it's the part that quietly fails: the puzzle has to reveal a QR that actually SCANS, not just one that looks like a QR. Real QR codes need correct quiet zones, contrast and error-correction, and the grid must map cleanly to QR modules. If the icons are laid out first and a QR is forced on top, phones often won't read it. So I work backwards: generate the real, valid QR for each link first (with error correction), then place the cube/lightning icons over exactly that pattern, so shading one type reveals precisely that scannable code. Then I test on real iOS + Android cameras, not just on screen. Deliverable: - Puzzle 1 (shade cubes → Link A QR) and Puzzle 2 (shade lightning → Link B QR). - Both verified scannable on real phones. - Editable source so you can swap the links later. One quick question: static images, or an interactive version where the player shades icons on screen and it validates? Both are doable — it changes the build. Happy to share relevant work in chat.

Hey! This one caught my eye it's a fun technical puzzle, not just a design job, and I like that. Here's how I'd tackle it: I'd generate both QR codes using high error correction (the H level, roughly 30% tolerance) that's the key that makes this whole thing possible, since it gives enough redundancy to play with individual modules without breaking the scan. Then I'd map cube icons onto Link 1's black modules and lightning icons onto Link 2's black modules, keeping both codes the same size/version so they share one clean grid. The finder patterns, timing patterns, and quiet zone stay untouched since those are non-negotiable for scanning — everything artistic happens around them, not through them. Once it's built, I'd actually test both shaded versions with a few different phone scanners myself before sending anything over, just to be sure it's not "looks like it should scan" but genuinely does. I'd build it in Python so the whole thing is repeatable — which also makes the link-swap generator you mentioned pretty easy to add as a simple tool where you just drop in new URLs and get a fresh puzzle. You'll get the final print-ready artwork, an editable source file, the generation script, two tested QR codes, and simple player instructions. Send over the reference image and the two links whenever you're ready and I can get moving.
