SaaS Automation Engineer

Skills Required : Strong experience in the automation and integration of Service as a Software (SaaS) tools including design, development and maintenance. In particular, SaaS automation capabilities are to include the usage of NoCode/LowCode technologies and basic scripting.
Responsibilities:
- Main responsibility is to help the team of non-technical remote workers to automate their workflow and reduce manual work through the integration and automation of SaaS tools such as but not limited to : Google Workspace, Zoho Office Suite, AirTable, Altassian tools (Trello, Jira, etc.), Slack, ClickUp, Clubhouse, Evernote, Todoist, etc.
- Automate workflows using Zapier, [login to view URL], Integromat, [login to view URL], and scripting in languages such as Python, Google Apps Script, Deluge (Zoho's proprietary scripting language), and etc.
- Explore and implement new ways to automate the workflows and integrate the tools
- Support existing integrations and automation with component and process upgrades
- Correct errors within automation and integration processes
- Webscrape information from both public and members-only websites
- Create automatic email rules/filters for Zoho Mail and Google Mail by formatting emails in matching certain criteria to the email address provided by the SaaS tool
- Link existing SaaS tools to a members-only website where login is automatically authenticated
- Integrate online messaging system to AirTable where sending and retrieving of messages can be done
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or any related courses
- Knowledgeable in using Nocode/LowCode app integration tools such as Zapier, [login to view URL], Integromat, [login to view URL], etc.
- Well-versed in scripting languages such as Python, Google Apps Script, Deluge (Zoho's proprietary scripting language)
- Attentive to details, meticulous and processed-oriented
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
