This project is a python based project which employs STFT, Wiener Filter, and Neural Network.
So, the candidate should have a good grasp on speech processing and machine learning.
I do strongly require the candidate not to code everything from a scratch.
The STFT, Wiener Filter, or Neural networks codes should be adapted from reliable sources.
So, this is a simple project which mainly requires the programmer to understand how to integrate and optimize all the codes together. Simple code might needed.
The budget is fixed (£100.00).
I will not accept any proposal beyond that limit.
