I need someone to remote in/screen share and show me how to effectively use embeddings in my day to day work using openAI tools etc.
Essentially, I have a dataset (in [login to view URL] and not cleaned/prepped for use in this task) that contains hundreds of sample legal clauses. I want to tag these clauses as a specific type (ie "Limitation of LiabilityClause") and then the model learn which words commonly make up "Limitation of Liability" clauses. So it can identify typical Limitation of Liability clauses that may be worded differently than those used to train it.
The end goal is to have a function where I can search a document (sometimes up to 120 pages long) for the clause "Limitation of Liability" when reviewing a document and based upon what the ML has been taught about certain clauses, it will be able to find it based upon the clustering of text-strings and classification.
I would be happy for the delivered solution to be a python script whereby the clauses of interest are highlighted on already OCR's Pdfs. Once processing has occured, the annotated/highlighted PDFs will appear in a new folder titled "Analysed PDFs" If you have a more eloquent solution or UI i would be interested.
Please write the python code which identifiies the clauses that I have nominated in each document. Then highlight the each complete clause in a different colour.
I would like to be able to select as many clauses as I like. Usually, I will be selecting 10 - 15 clauses such as "warranty", "liability", "indemnity" "variation" "delays" etc etc
Delivered function must:
- Take training sets to teach model different types of legal clauses - training set is to be designed so that I can easily add more training sets with the same functionality (ie add more clauses that I want the machine to look for)
- Using training and any other means, be able to identify the selected class of clause in a pdf document and highlight that clause
- Have the capability to nominate a number of different clause you want to be found and highlighted at the start of the process
- Have the capability to highlight a number of different clauses in the document using different colours
