Hello. Using Python + Excel with live info is not a good idea. Because Python will not be able to update an open Excel file. It can only write info when Excel file is closed, or create new Excel file every minute. One solution might be, Python creating a data file every minute, and excel reading it every minute. But, if you ask me, it will be needless effort. What you ask can be done easily with Excel VBA alone. I have just completed very similar odds-scores-statistics scraping job(all live matches- stats-momentum graphs-live odds, lots of info, updating every minute).
