Looking for an excellent R shiny and leaflet programmer to develop a web frontend that will collect user specified spatial (via map extent, choice of various political or ecological boundaries, or uploaded vector file), temporal (via sliders or quantitative input), and various quantitative and qualitative inputs that are passed to our pre-written R backend. Query results will be returned in various media, standardized forms, spatial vector files, etc. Due to the funding source, we are looking for a US based programmer.
