Exsportia LTD is looking for a Senior React Developer to provide sound, dedicated and concise technical development and instruction. Team management and hands on Build of Exsportia products. You will join a team of 10 at our new R and D headquarters in Lviv.
Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. We expect you to be well-versed all technological trends and familiar with a variety of execution concepts. You must be an excellent communicator, motivator and hands on leader.
Responsibilities:
• Setting a vision for how technologies will be used in the company.
• Ensure that technological resources meet the company’s short and long-term goals.
• Create, maintain and meet timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services.
• Assist in devising the timelines and dev strategy with other lead..
• Plan and co-manage the dev team so that maximum efficiency is met
• Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
• Propose executive decisions on behalf of the company’s technological requirements
• Act as a mentor to team members as when required.
• Motivate and inspire all team members.
• Ensure that all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards
• Monitor and assess technological performance
• Design and customize technological systems and platforms to improve customer Exsportia customer experience.
• Communicate technology strategy to Vp + Lead.
The person:

• At least 1 years Senior Dev experience
• 5 years working in a technological role
• Strong knowledge of React, Typescript, Node.js, Firebase, Aws.
• Advanced technological skill set and a demonstrated history with technology.
• Full know how and ability to delegate and organise

• Industry knowledge with an eye towards the future
• Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
• Software integration and Dev process automation specialist.
