Looking for Acquisitions Managers, Dispositions Managers, and Transaction Coordination Specialists. The Acquisitions Managers will be searching and contacting distressed homeowners and closing deals, explaining what you are calling for and the process to the distressed homeowners from training material that will be provided to save their credit and walk away with cash in hand. You will be communicating with other team members like the Dispositions Managers to transfer over at least 5 or more closed deals so they can sell the contracts to the end buyers. The Dispositions Managers will be contacting the end buyers and with the training material provided and give them an experience that the firm has developed. They will need to communicate well with the Acquisitions Managers in receiving the closed deals. They will hand over comps, rehab costs, and photos over to end buyers. The Transaction Coordination Specialists will handle talking to title companies, clearing liens, and ensuring the seller actually signs. All positions will be trained if needed. All are expected to know a minimum knowledge of Real Estate Investing. All positions will be paid in full each month a salary of $10,000.00 and be given a base salary of $2,500.00 after the few months on the job. Everyone will get paid guaranteed each month if the team does what they need, which is close at least 5 deals a month. The work schedule will be from Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm Mountain Standard Time (MST) as these are remote positions.
