I am looking for a reliable, tech-savvy individual currently based in or near Manali/Jagatsukh to conduct a comprehensive physical inspection of a 3BHK property for a potential Airbnb rental arbitrage project. I need a "guest" perspective and a technical check of the mountain-specific infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Live Video Walkthrough: Conduct a 30-minute WhatsApp/Google Meet call with me while at the property. Accessibility Check: Verify if the approach road is wide enough for large SUVs/Tempo Travelers and confirm the exact parking capacity. Technical Audit: Run internet speed tests (Jio/Airtel) in every bedroom. Check water heater (geyser) capacities in all 3 bathrooms. Inspect for wall dampness/seepage (especially ground floor). Verify power backup/inverter status. Visual Documentation: Provide high-resolution photos/videos of the "unseen" areas: electrical panels, plumbing under sinks, and the view from every window. Neighborhood Assessment: Brief report on nearby amenities (cafes, grocery stores) and noise levels from construction or neighbors. Requirements: Location: You must currently be residing in the Manali/Kullu area. Tech: Must have a smartphone with a high-quality camera and a stable 5G/4G connection for a lag-free video call. Experience: Preference given to those with experience in hospitality, real estate, or local tourism.
