Female Chat-App Manager and Recruiter Wanted

Virtual Assistant Needed – Recruit & Manage Female Chatters for Random Chat App ## Job Overview: I am looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help grow my random chatting app by recruiting and managing female chatters. Your primary responsibility is to onboard female users who will work on the app and attract male users to join. ## Responsibilities * Recruit at least **10 active female chatters** for the App that I will specify later. * Manage and communicate with the female chatters regularly. * Ensure each female chatter brings approximately **30 male users per day** to the app. * Maintain an organized **Excel spreadsheet** with details of all recruited female chatters and their performance. * Track user activity and provide daily/weekly updates. ## Payment * **Base Pay:** ₹400 per week * **Performance Incentive:** Up to ₹400 per week based on the number of male users who join the app through your recruited female chatters. * Maximum earnings of INR 3,200 per month ## Female Chatter Compensation Each female chatter you recruit will be paid **₹200 per week** separately by me to them, exclusively from my side. ## Requirements * Good communication and management skills. * Ability to recruit and coordinate multiple people. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. * Reliable and responsive throughout the week. ## Preference for Indian, Indonesian and Filipinos.
