I am a data scientist in Bioinformatics, Machine Learning and Cheminformatics. I participated in IBM hackathon in Malaria Resistance prediction. My work involved Machine learning and Systems Biology. I mainly use R and Python. As your main problem is classification, I plan to use RandomForest or Deep neural network. Primary I will use R h2o and caret package I prefer genetic algorithm for hyperparameter optimization. My last freeslancing involved GA in Deep neural network.
