We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter Full Cycle to assist our staffing department with recruiting and on-boarding process of applicants. Our ideal candidate has work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter is to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Sourcing qualified candidates for open positions via Job Boards, Social Media etc...
On-boarding 25+ candidates Daily
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Keep track of compliance documentation
On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc..)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skills
High Volume Recruiting experience
Strong computer skills and HR system knowledge
2+ years Recruiter Experience in fast pace, high volume environment
