Healthcare Staffing Agency Administrator & Business Development Assistant Needed I am looking for an experienced freelance administrator to help manage and grow my healthcare staffing agency in Florida. My agency recruits and places CNA, HHA, LPN, and RN professionals. Responsibilities: Assist with daily administrative operations Recruit, screen, and onboard healthcare professionals Organize employee applications and credential files Track licenses, CPR/BLS certifications, background screenings, and expiration dates Assist with scheduling, timesheets, invoices, and employee follow-ups Research nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare facilities Contact administrators, Directors of Nursing, HR managers, and staffing coordinators Send professional emails, make outreach calls, and complete consistent follow-ups Schedule qualified meetings and help the agency obtain staffing contracts Maintain accurate reports of contacts, responses, meetings, and contract opportunities Assist with proposals, facility agreements, rates, and onboarding requirements Requirements: Previous experience with a U.S. healthcare staffing or home care agency Experience with healthcare recruitment and business development Strong spoken and written English Experience contacting healthcare facilities and helping secure staffing contracts Ability to protect confidential employee and business information Must sign a confidentiality agreement Must provide examples or proof of relevant results Starting arrangement: Part-time freelance position 10 hours per week Initial two-week paid trial Budget: $10–$15 per hour Performance bonuses may be offered for qualified facility meetings and contracts that become active paying accounts I will remain the owner and final decision-maker. Access to documents and systems will be limited according to each responsibility. The freelancer will not receive access to banking information or unrestricted confidential employee records.
