This project centres on sourcing and short-listing strong mid-level public-relations professionals within India. I need a recruiter who already understands the PR landscape here and can quickly identify candidates with proven experience in media relations. You will handle the full recruitment cycle: refining the role profile with me, advertising through the right Indian channels, proactively searching LinkedIn and relevant PR networks, screening résumés, conducting first-round interviews, and delivering a concise shortlist with your interview notes and salary expectations. Deliverables • A curated list of 5-7 qualified, interview-ready mid-level PR candidates, each with a résumé, brief competency summary, and your assessment of their media-relations track record. Acceptance criteria • Every candidate must demonstrate hands-on media-relations experience in India. • All profiles should be available for final interviews within two weeks of shortlist delivery.
