Looking for a VA, social media growth hacker, into Recruitment side. Someone from India as this will require you to have an indian number to call , whatsapp at scale. you should know how to automate some workflows. your goal will be to promote our openings in social media (recruitment activity) , attract more talent, you filter them based on what we need, make them fill form where furhter we filter them, you followup them to make sure they attend online 1hour zoom sessions where we can ask them right questions, help them clear some tasks (basic knowhow) and give them tasks so they complete. you will also followup them and ensure you ultimately get 40 people selected by end of 2months. you will be hunting for really hungry to learn and get started, your goal should be: get 10,000+ freshers BTECH from second tier (if tier 1 great, but generally they wont join, they are already placed probably), apply. get 500 really high quality people filtered after all things online and they visit our physical facility (office) in Hyderabad for final round. get 50 people selected whom we can filter out finally. more information we will share with someone who finally we select to work with. your availibility on googlemeet initially will be required so we can clearly tell you what to be done, and you can then judge if you can guarantee result. we can pay rs 1k per final candidate you make join. these 50 odd people will join on our 15months apprenticeship program followed by 2years of work with us. first 3months they are offered 10-12 hours per day of full mentorship, taught on which work is already there with us after 15months. we dont charge anything to these candidates. we wont allow you to collect anything from candidates too. next 12months (month 4 to month 15) they are even paid stipends in range 7.5k to 15k purely based on their work. average 10k is what our last time interns getting for first 4 to 6months and now they getting 15k as well as they are now able to accomplish. here they are getting handson experince on same or similar things on which we are having client orders for 2027, 2028. when they start actual job: they get up to 4.4LPA based on several things our clients decide, from communication skills to presentation skills as well as code too. people who are going to passout in 2027 -- this is a great opportunity for them. however, people who just now passed out in 2026 or going to passout in next 1 to 3months, majority of freshers spend anywhere from 10 to 20 months in finding job and stress and learning some courses etc, they can simply join here (ofcourse they need to learn and get really better any one techstack on whatever they can) and later we can make them better on what work is really out there. 1k x 50 = 50k when 50 people gets selected and completes 1month. if you are able to get us any, you get on prorated subject to atleast 75% accomplishment. 100k when 50 people completes 15months with us. so here, you can build another 10-20 people's pipeline, or deliver 70 instead of 50, so even if people drops their ball, you still make 100k next.(there is no prorated benefit here) to help you accomplish, if you need n8n or pabbly or any API costs that gets used in any automations, we will reimburse it for you.
