Handling Technical/Non Technical Recruitment's - Junior to Senior level positions.
Handling full Recruitment cycle from sourcing to placing
candidates with Fortune 500 Companies through Sources like In-house Database, Job Boards, References, headhunting, Cold calling etc.
Handling first round of telephonic Interview in order to judge the candidate's suitability for assigned roles.
Scheduling the interview of short listed candidates with the company.
Follow up on interview status and update candidate on the same.
Follow up with the selected candidates till the date of joining.
Successfully conclude various "recruitment assignments" individually.
Involved in communicating offers to candidates, solving queries, counselling and negotiating with them over the phone.
Keeping track of responses and short listing profiles, maintaining internal database.
Generating and maintaining reports to track the recruitment processes.
