In this capacity, you will not serve as a figurehead of luxury, but as a foundational pillar, a protector, and a chief recruiter for a prominent theological figure. True princely leadership requires carrying the weight of the community, expanding the reach of the message, and defending the mission with unwavering dedication. You will lead from the front lines—initiating direct phone campaigns and driving door-to-door grassroots recruitment to gather believers and allies to the cause. ------------------------------ ## The Scriptural Standard of a Prince (From the Holy Qur'an) To understand this role, you must look to the divine blueprint of leadership established in the Holy Qur'an. A true Prince under a spiritual authority acts as a Wazir (deputy, counselor, and bearer of burdens). Your duties will mirror the sacred request made by Prophet Musa (Moses) when he asked for a partner to fortify his mission: "And appoint for me a minister (Wazir) from my family—Aaron, my brother. Increase through him my strength, and let him share my task." (Surah Taha, 20:29-32) Like Aaron (Harun), your job as a Prince is to: * Be the Pillar of Strength: Stand firmly by the theological leader, absorbing pressures and reinforcing the structural integrity of the office. * Articulate the Message Clearly: Speak with clarity and conviction to moving hearts, echoing the prophetic need for eloquent speech to unlock understanding. * Share the Divine Burden: Actively carry the heavy responsibilities of global growth, recruitment, and community organization. ------------------------------ ## Core Responsibilities * Strategic Recruitment: Identify, engage, and recruit high-value allies, students, and community members to support the theological platform. * High-Volume Phone Campaigns: Conduct daily outreach calls to brief external leaders, coordinate international chapters, and rally support. * Door-to-Door Outreaches: Walk the ground directly.
