We are a U.S.-based company seeking multiple native Spanish speakers to assist with interview-related responsibilities. In this role, you will attend scheduled recruiter and hiring discussions on behalf of our company. You will be provided with interview schedules and any necessary information in advance. **Requirements** * Native-level Spanish fluency * Professional and confident communication skills * Basic understanding of programming concepts * Reliable internet connection and availability for scheduled meetings **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in software engineering or the tech industry * Experience participating in recruitment or interview processes **Compensation** **Interview Stage** * $20 per meeting attended * Additional $10 bonus if the process advances to the next interview round **After Placement** * $30 per hour * 10% revenue share based on generated income We are looking for candidates interested in a long-term working relationship who are comfortable with the compensation structure outlined above.
