# Freelance Talent Sourcing Specialist (Remote) StrongBodyAI is a global AI-powered platform dedicated to connecting healthcare and wellness professionals with innovative digital opportunities. To support our continued growth in Turkey, we are looking for Freelance Talent Sourcing Specialists to join our expanding network. As part of this role, you will identify and engage qualified professionals, including doctors, dietitians, nutritionists, fitness trainers, yoga instructors, therapists, skincare experts, and other wellness practitioners. You will introduce the StrongBodyAI platform, provide information about the opportunity, and guide candidates through the registration and onboarding process. Potential candidates may be sourced through LinkedIn, professional associations, social media, online communities, referrals, and other recruitment channels. This is a fully remote freelance position offering flexible working hours and the option to work on either a part-time or full-time basis. Compensation is performance-based. You will receive USD 40 for each professional who successfully completes onboarding and becomes active on the platform. Candidates with experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, HR, sales, or business development are encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and familiarity with the healthcare or wellness sector are valuable assets.
