Our furniture business is expanding into new territories and I need an experienced recruitment agency to source mid-level, sales-focused Business Development Managers who already understand the furniture sector’s buying cycles and dealer/distributor networks. Scope of work • Define the ideal candidate profile with me, refining core competencies around consultative furniture sales, territory planning and relationship management. • Build a talent pipeline and deliver a vetted shortlist of at least five qualified candidates per vacancy. • Pre-screen each applicant for cultural fit, quota-carrying success and a proven track record of opening new accounts in furniture (experience in technology, healthcare or finance can be a plus, but furniture comes first). • Coordinate interview scheduling, reference checks and salary expectation alignment.
