As Recruiter you will support our HR department by carrying out the hiring of new employees across all departments of the company.
The responsibilities include:
- Handle recruitment processes by posting job offers, screening applications, and conducting interviews in various formats.
- Place candidates at the center of the hiring process, keeping them informed at all times and maintaining open channels of communication should they have any questions.
- Conduct direct searches and carry out head-hunting.
- Candidate Pipelinening for future potential needs.
- You have previous experience in recruitment
- You’re organized and are able to manage recruitment processes to tight deadlines
- You have previous experience in recruitment and solid interviewing techniques
- You’re have strong communication skills
- You are a master of the Boolean search
- You are results oriented and a self-starter, you are able to work autonomously and to adapt to a moving environment
