Organization development • Created and maintained Employees Development Plans based on performance results and business needs and strategy. • Identified and developed high potential talents, according corporate and regional plans; • Organized Performance Appraisal procedure and 360 degree feedback and monitored the results; • I did developed and implemented “90 Days On Board” program for newcomers; • Created Job Descriptions for new rolls and reviewed existing in compliance with competency models and business situation. • Implemented the Employee Survey process, communicated the results to Top-management team and all employees, reviewed quarterly the agreed actions (Engagement 71%); Recruitment • Participated in company high quality professionals and managers recruitment process • Implemented new recruitment and selection process, including: Job profiles by competences, interviewing by targets (competences), structured decision making, quick start for new hires. • Coached Line managers in all part of recruitment and selection process.
