Summary Overview We are a small, fast-growing Florida-based recruitment agency focused on the U.S. market. We work across startups, healthcare, construction, legal, IT, and other growth sectors. We are currently a team of four and scaling quickly, with a goal of growing to ten recruiters by the end of the year. As founder, I’ve been directly managing both business development and delivery. As we grow, I need someone strong beside me — someone who can help coordinate the team while still actively recruiting when needed, on a demand basis. This is not a pure management project. This is a hands-on Recruiting Team Lead scope for someone who: - Loves sourcing - Enjoys running candidate calls - Gets excited about cracking difficult searches - And can step in to lead when things get busy If a recruiter is out sick, you jump in. If a search gets stuck, you deep dive. If a role is urgent, you own it. This role is critical to our next phase of growth. What You’ll Do - Lead and guide a small recruitment team - Build sourcing strategies for new searches - Deep-dive into LinkedIn and advanced Boolean searches - Run first-round candidate calls when needed - Coach recruiters on screening and call structure - Personally work on roles when capacity requires it - Manage multiple active requisitions - Identify bottlenecks and improve processes - Ensure delivery quality meets U.S. standards You will both lead and execute. We Expect You Bring - Strong experience recruiting for U.S.-based roles (mandatory) - Advanced LinkedIn sourcing skills - Strong Boolean search expertise - Experience handling multiple open roles simultaneously - Fluent professional English (verbal + written) - Comfortable running candidate interviews - Ownership mindset - Calm under pressure - Process-oriented but action-driven - Availability to work in US business hours. From there: - I will select 3–5 freelancers for a paid test that will involve up to 4 hours of work. - You will be asked to develop sourcing strategies for two real roles I recently worked on, recording your work live with loom.com. This allows me to understand how you think and structure searches. Since I handled these roles myself, I’ll be able to compare your approach to mine and evaluate alignment. After the evaluation: - I will extend a longer-term contract to the freelancerwho best aligns with the level of thinking and execution I’m looking for.
