I want a dedicated partner who can actively uncover senior-level openings in the Banking and Financial services world that fit my skills and ambitions. The task is two pronged: focus on finding job opportunities—and creating résumé tailored to that. My target roles sit at Head of Risk VP, or similar leadership levels within Retail Lending consumer risk management across banks, NBFCs, Start-ups or GCC. You will search LinkedIn Jobs, Indeed, eFinancialCareers, company career pages, recruiter newsletters, and any specialist finance networks you already trust, then funnel back only the opportunities that genuinely align. I will share my current résumé and LinkedIn profile so you can refine your search parameters. You need to have past leadership hiring experience so that you have the connects in the industry especially in BFSI India. Deliverables • A weekly spreadsheet (or Airtable) with a minimum of 15 qualified senior-level finance positions, each entry showing: job title, company, location or remote option, salary range if stated, closing date, application method or referral path, plus a brief note on why it suits me. • A short weekly summary spotlighting the three most promising roles. • Optional but valued: introductions to hiring managers or in-house recruiters when you have the connection. Acceptance criteria – Every role calls for 15+ years’ experience or explicitly labels itself senior/leadership. – All positions are squarely within Finance (banking, fintech, start-ups, GCC etc.). – No duplicate listings across weeks.
