I am expanding a series of mid-level, non-technical positions for a training-focused organisation in Saudi Arabia and need a recruiter who already knows the local talent market inside out. You should be comfortable navigating LinkedIn Recruiter, Bayt, Naukrigulf and any other Saudi-centric job boards, as well as tapping into offline networks to surface Arabic- and English-speaking candidates who match our culture and salary bands. The hiring focus • Function: non-technical roles (think operations, programme coordination, learner support, HR and similar) • Industry context: professional training / learning & development • Seniority: solid mid-level professionals with 3-7 years’ experience What I need from you 1.
