Our leadership team is scaling rapidly across several continents and I need a seasoned HR partner who can own every phase of our executive-level hiring pipeline. The work is hands-on and data-driven: you will define search strategies, map international talent pools, and personally guide candidates from first outreach through signed offer. Success here rests on three pillars—deep experience in international recruitment, strong networking and sourcing skills, and a proven record running high-impact campaigns that fill senior seats quickly without compromising quality. You should already have an active global network, know how to leverage platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray searches, and referral channels, and be comfortable tailoring employer-branding messages by region. Although we touch multiple verticals, the immediate focus is logistics, so familiarity with C-suite and VP-level roles in freight, supply-chain tech, or 3PL environments will help you ramp up fast. Key deliverables • A 90-day recruitment roadmap covering search strategy, outreach cadence, and diversity targets • Shortlists of vetted executives for three priority roles within the first six weeks • Weekly funnel analytics (sourcing volume, response rate, interview progression, time-to-hire) presented in a simple dashboard • Candidate experience playbook to ensure seamless communication from first contact to onboarding Acceptance criteria • Minimum of three signed executive contracts originating from your pipeline within the first quarter • Time-to-hire for each role capped at 45 days or less • Candidate NPS of 80+ based on post-process surveys Collaboration will be fully remote; we work across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas, so flexibility with time zones is essential. All tooling (ATS, scheduling, assessments) is provided—just bring your expertise and network.
