Job Details: We are seeking an experienced U.S. Staffing & Recruitment Expert to support our U.S. staffing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the U.S. recruitment market and hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified candidates for U.S.-based staffing requirements. Key Responsibilities: Understand and analyze detailed client hiring requirements. Create accurate and targeted job postings designed to attract qualified candidates. Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Dice, and other recruitment platforms. Manage sponsored job postings and recruitment campaigns within assigned budgets. Proactively source both active and passive candidates. Conduct thorough candidate screening and evaluation before client submission. Verify candidate skills, experience, location, work authorization, availability, and other job-specific requirements. Submit candidates who closely match the client's requirements. Maintain regular communication with candidates, clients, and staffing partners. Respond quickly to new client requirements and recruitment updates. Support U.S. C2C staffing requirements and coordinate effectively with candidates and staffing partners. Focus on candidate quality and successful placements rather than simply increasing submission volume. Identify new staffing opportunities and contribute to overall business growth.
